Working for Stoney Middleton

Is there a Selective Gremlin in the Derbyshire County Council Website

12.00.00am GMT Sat 9th Dec 2006

Friends of Stoney Middleton School understood that the Derbyshire County Council's response to the consultation would be published on the DCC website no later than Wednesday 6 December. When it was still not available on Thursday morning we contacted Councillor Charles by phone and email.

On Thursday evening Councillor Charles emailed to say: "I understand there has been a problem with publishing documents on our web site for the last 2 days. I have copied David Molyneux into this email to ask him to email a copy of the Cabinet report to all addressees on your email tomorrow morning".

The report was received on Friday morning but as it is still not on the DCC website and therefore not in the Public Domain we are unable to provide a link for interested readers. We will provide a link as soon as it becomes available.

Readers however may be interested to know that Councillor Charles was able to publish the good news from the education department on Thursday evening as detailed in our previous story - "Above average test results for Derbyshire schools". Is there a selective Gremlin on the Council's website?
