Open invitation to Derbyshire County Council Primary Health Care Trust Annual General Meeting

You are invited to attend the third Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Derbyshire County PCT and its provider arm Derbyshire Community Health Services (DCHS).

The meeting will take place in the Ballroom at the Winding Wheel in Holywell Street, Chesterfield (S41 7SA) on Wednesday 30th September from 5.00pm onwards.

We will be presenting our 2008/09 Annual Report - it details the PCT's key achievements over the last financial year, the progress made towards improving people's health in Derbyshire and our vision for the future. lt also highlights the successes of DCHS through a time of organisational change.

There will also be an opportunity to put questions to members of the PCT Board at the end of the AGM session and see the displays demonstrating examples of the excellent work being carried out by staff working for the PCT and DCHS

Light refreshments will be available.
